Publishing Policy

The editorial activities shall be conducted in compliance with the principles of independence, fairness, integrity, impartiality, confidentiality, academic freedom, and competence, as well as the prohibition of conflict of interest. The policy of the Journal’s editorial development acknowledges the freedom of academic expression, the standards of academic integrity and the principles of ethics. Individuals involved in the editorial process must maintain confidentiality and not disclose the information relating to editorial activities.

The Editorial Board of the Journal adopts decisions on publication in compliance with the principles of fairness, honesty and impartiality pursuant to the editorial policy of the Journal along with academic and ethical standards. Individuals involved in editorial activities must declare conflict of interest within the reasonable time immediately after the detection of it.
