A Framework for Privacy-Enhancing Technologies Implementations in Trustworthy Data Sharing

Data represent essential assets for organizations, enabling them to pursue their specific objectives and to generate direct value. For instance, data may be collected and analyzed to improve customer experiences, optimize business operations, or foster innovation in the organization’s interest. However, the value of data frequently extends beyond the organizations that originally collect and use them. When combined with other sources, data can generate new insights, support the development of novel products and services, and stimulate both social and economic growth. In this way, additional value can be extracted from the same dataset, beyond its initial purpose.
